In Sanskrit, yoga means "union." Through
physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation,
individuals practicing yoga work towards realizing a
full union of their body, mind and soul.

concentration. Through a process of physical postures,
breathing exercises, and meditation, you will find your
body and mind letting go of stress and negativity. Feelings
of peace and harmony will arise within you.

concentration and calm. Through practice and consistency,
you can move away from negative physical or mental conditions,
and healing can be achieved.

fitness enthusiastic, mid-morning and mid-afternoon
classes are perfect for a quieter experience. Shorter,
