This training will take place over two weekends: February, Friday 6th – 6pm to 9pm, Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th – 8:30am to 5pm
March, Friday 27th – 6pm to 9pm, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th – 8:30am to 5pm
Learn restorative yoga through first-hand experience of postures and hands on experience in teaching students of all levels.
Focus will be given to the Ayurvedic, physiological, emotional and biomechanical elements of each pose.
This training fulfills the Yoga Alliance requirements regarding Continuing Education.
