Benefit your body and baby with our gentle prenatal yoga classes. Prenatal Yoga will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, increase overall comfort and can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. Our Prenatal classes combine gentle stretching, toning and mindful breathing. Bring awareness to the mind and body as well as a connect with your beautiful baby in preparation for child birth.
