Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is a great practise for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. This practice is for all ages offering additional balance allowing students to feel more deeply in their yoga practice. Wear comfy clothes and bring an open mind.
Use what you learn in class and apply to everyday routines, from sitting at a desk at work to watching TV after dinner.
