Yoga Basics with Jasna

A 4 week program for absolute beginners. Enjoy a small group setting with students at your level and develop a solid foundation in the ancient practice of yoga. Each week explore a new dimension of the practice including: breath synchronization, physical alignment, identifying muscle groups and how they relate to different postures.
