COVID-19 UPDATE

WE ARE OPEN!

Our Dear Sun Yoga Community:

We are excited to be part of Phase Three and reopening our studio August 4th!  We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our community.

To ensure physical distancing, our in-studio classes will only take place in our large room with up to a maximum of 10 students per class.  The following guidelines must be followed:

Booking:

Pre-booking is required in advance to save your spot.  No drop-ins please.

We ask for 24hrs notice if you require to cancel your booking or your account will be charged $20.  With such few spots, we want to ensure that they are available to as many as possible.

Payment:

Please use e-transfer, info@sunyoga.ca to pay for class passes and memberships before arriving at the studio.

Upon Arrival:

Come dressed in your yoga attire. Only bring your yoga mat and water with you (keys/wallet).  All other personal belongs should stay in your car.

Doors will open 15 minutes before the start of class. Masks must be worn on entry into the studio and may be removed once you have settled onto your mat.    

Please use the hand sanitizer upon entry.  Other hand sanitation stations are also available.

Respect the floor markings in order to maintain physical distancing.

The waiting area is unavailable.  Once we check you in, please head directly to the large yoga room on the main floor.

Props will not be supplied other than weights, which we will sanitize after each use.  Please feel free to bring your own props.

Teachers will remain on their mat at all times; therefore, no physical adjustments will be made.

Put your mask on upon completion of class prior to exiting the studio.

Please do not gather in the reception area, but feel free to catch up with each other outside the studio while respecting physical distancing. 

Restrooms/Change Rooms:

Only one person in each restroom at a time.

Showers are unavailable.

Cubbies are unavailable for personal belongings.

If You Feel Sick

If you feel sick (fever, cough, difficulty breathing ) or have been in contacted with someone who is unwell, please refrain from coming to the studio.  Lets work together to keep our Sun Yoga community safe.  

The health and safety of our Sun Yoga Community is our top priority.  We are grateful for your understanding and support.
