Tuesdays 7:00 – 8:00 pm

Have you ever wondered why more and more people are incorporating meditation into their daily lives or have you wondered what it would be like to practice meditation with others instead of by yourself? This ongoing weekly class will give you that opportunity and do so without making you sit in the lotus pose, which is often a painful position for many. Mindfulness Meditation is a practice to help you relax, attain greater clarity and focus, increase awareness of the present moment and thus, help you navigate life with a greater sense of ease and flow.  During each class we will explore different mindfulness meditation techniques such as breath awareness, body awareness and mantra meditation.  Each class will also incorporate mindful walking and gentle stretching. No previous experience with meditation is required, just bring your mat, your water and your willingness to participate
